ANTIPASTI + PASTA
37,50 euro per person
As a starter we have a wide variation of antipasti with (for example) tacchino tonnato, caprese, italian meats, and different salads. Afterwards you choose three pastas with your party to share.
1. Gnocchi with stewed beef, onion, tomato and mushrooms.
2. Risotto confit de canard with pumpkin, cranberry and hazelnuts.
3. Ravioli filled with ricotta and Taleggio cheese. Served in a brown butter (caramelised) sauce, fried garlic, sage and almonds.
4. Mezzaluna filled with shallots and balsamic. Served with spicy salami, walnuts, herbs and fried capers.
5. Strozzapreti in a sauce of Gorgonzola with marinated figs, balsamic, pecorino and walnuts.
6. Lasagna alla Caprese.
7. Penne “Bolognese” with tomato sauce, ground beef, vegetables. Served with fried parsnip and Parmesan cheese.
8. Linguine Puttanesca, a sauce with tuna, olives, capers and basil.
9. Spaghetti Vongole.
10. Tagliolini truffle. (supplement truffle €7,50 per person)
